How festivals work

The changing seasons bring new quests, festivals, and even villager outfits. Festivals are town-wide events with activities, stalls, and social opportunities — keep a day free when one is coming.

Confirmed festival dates

The Harvest Festival celebrates the season’s crops — bring your best harvest for the judging activities. The Animal Festival in Winter celebrates your farm animals.

Note: the seasonal event calendar grows with each update; check in-game for new events added in 1.0 and beyond.

How to prepare

1. Keep a day free — festival days have their own activities; plan your farm routine around them.
2. Save your best crops — the Harvest Festival rewards strong harvests.
3. Keep animals happy — the Animal Festival favors well-cared-for herds.
4. Dress up — villagers change outfits for festivals, and it’s a great day to gift and talk to everyone at once.

Seasonal event tips

1. Spring: the town wakes up — meet everyone, start your first Museum sets.
2. Summer: long days, new crops, and the beaches are active — fish the ocean.
3. Fall: Harvest Festival on Fall 10 — showcase your crops.
4. Winter: Animal Festival on Winter 10 — plus winter-only forageables and fish.

Villager outfit changes

Villagers wear seasonal outfits — one of the small touches that makes Mistria feel alive. It’s also a good reminder to keep talking to everyone as the seasons turn.
