Fields of Mistria Harvest Festival: Fall 10, Queen Berry Contest & Dance
Everything about the Fields of Mistria Harvest Festival on Fall 10 — the Queen Berry contest (starts Fall 7), prize tiers, the community feast, and how to ask a villager to dance.
When is the Harvest Festival?
The Harvest Festival takes place every year on Fall 10. It is the second event of the Fall season — the Halloween Festival follows later on Fall 28.
On Fall 7, a cutscene triggers where Reina tells you about the festival and the Queen Berry gathering contest that runs for the next few days. Mark Fall 7 and Fall 10 on your calendar before you start long farm or mine sessions.
The Queen Berry contest
Queen Berries spawn from everyday activities that normally reward Essence — farming, fishing, mining, foraging, and more — so you collect them just by living your normal routine. On the morning of Fall 10, Reina collects every Queen Berry you have gathered (they are taken regardless of where they are stored).
Prizes are ranked by how many you turned in:

If you do not reach 10, the festival still happens — Eiland places first, Maple second, and Juniper third by default.
Tip: every activity that gives Essence can drop a Queen Berry, so a balanced week of farming, fishing, and mining is the easiest path to 50+.
Festival activities
- Dance — invite a villager to dance after the judging. Romanceable candidates need at least 4 hearts; below that you will get a "heart level too low" line. Some characters have special acceptance/dialogue.
- Community Feast — a town-wide meal celebration.
- Souvenir Stall (run by Nora, by the Blacksmith) — sells Queen Berry treats, pie/curry/plate recipe scrolls, Autumn Scarecrow, Cornucopia, and Berry crown/hat/dress cosmetics.
- Pumpkin Patch (run by Hayden).
How to prepare
- Keep Fall 7–10 free — the contest window and festival day have their own scripted events.
- Do your normal routine — farming, fishing, mining, and foraging all spawn Queen Berries.
- Aim for 50+ if you want the Golden Queen Berry Trophy; 30 gets the Arch, 10 gets the Centerpiece.
- Raise hearts early if you want to dance with a romanceable candidate (4 hearts minimum).
- Save rainy/windy days for weather-locked fish elsewhere — the festival prep does not need them.
